Impact Level : Medium

Minor downtime is possible for the impacted Cloud services while this maintenance is being performed. The scheduled maintenance is designed to mitigate disruptions to service availability and performance for the impacted Cloud services. However,it is possible for the impacted Cloud services to be unavailable and/or performance degraded for a short period of time during the maintenance window.

During this maintenance window, customers may experience issues accessing the Manage Console, including authentication/login failures, console and application loading delays, and intermittent issues when navigating or switching between consoles (including Engagement Services, App Services, and Custom Reports). Customers are strongly advised not to schedule application publishing activities or perform any other maintenance activities during the maintenance window.

Customer application runtimes are not expected to be impacted.

No changes are being applied to Cloud services outside of those listed above, and no service availability or performance impact is expected for other Cloud services.
